Virtual Sessions
Convenient online counseling sessions are available. Booking an office appointment and trekking into the city is no longer necessary. You can get the collaborative help you are seeking from wherever you are comfortable.
Insurance Accepted
Utilize insurance coverage to make counseling more affordable and accessible. Accepting Premera, Heritage, Lifewise, and limited Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans.
First sessions are scheduled for 55 minutes and are billed at $175. All subsequent sessions are scheduled for 53 minutes and charged at a rate of $160 per session. Counseling is one-on-one and is centered on adults ages 18+.
