Free 15-minute consultation for new clients to determine whether we are a good fit. Giving an opportunity to ask all the questions about what counseling together would look like, without the cost.

In Person or Virtual

Convenient online counseling sessions are available. Booking an office appointment and trekking into the city is no longer necessary. You can get the collaborative help you are seeking from wherever you are comfortable. Whether that is from your home or joining in person at the office in West Seattle, WA.

Insurance Accepted

Utilize insurance coverage to make counseling more affordable and accessible. Accepting Premera, Heritage, Lifewise, and limited Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans.

Reduced Fee Programs

As part of providing accessible care, I have partnered with a couple of reduced-fee programs. Please reach out if you are an Open Path Collective or Early Intervention Program member.

First sessions are scheduled for 55 minutes and are billed at $175. All subsequent sessions are scheduled for 53 minutes and charged at a rate of $160 per session. Counseling is one-on-one and is centered on adults ages 18+.
